When you delete SWC file from project and copy new swc file (with the same name) or simply repleace existing swc file FDT won't see the change and will point to old swf file classes.

My issue is similar to but I am referring to copying swc files inside eclipse (between two projects) .
http://bugs.powerflasher.com/jira/browse/FDT-870

BTW 'Refresh automatically' option in Workpace is enabled.

From 5.0 I had no problem with swc refreashing, so it looks it ok
