We can see how a project template with an outdated description.xml can create hard to track down problems for customers. Perhaps we can have some way to auto-generate the proper SDK support files.
The solution should also consider scaling. We may need to pull in other SDK related files such as Playbook support files. We already have the option to generate a new support file via out 'Building' tab in our mobile properties tab.
