Currently, ASDoc comments are automatically shown in the tooltip editor, if FDT detects any, when a entity is hovered over.
Some don't like to have this popup occur because it is either distracting or slows down their system.
Summary Of Changes:
- Provide a way to disable & enable ASDoc notation within the tooltip / editor view.
- When it is disabled, it would show only default information as it did before the implementation (e.g. the fully qualified name)
