Some customers are having trouble with Scanning with SDKs. This is especailly an issue since the setup wizard requires the Flex SDKs if they choose Flash as their platform. Hints: 1. Some are on Linux 2. Some (or all) have 'customized' their Flex SDKs ******* From a customer via support: "Again, I provided my set up environment in the form we are required to fill out in order for you to respond to us - windows 7, 64 bit, Eclipse Indigo, plugin version fdt 5.5. ... I have customised my SDK's for my use across multiple projects which all do different things. "
