Init outline throws error when closing an editor before semantic highlighting was applied
Maybe related to FDT-641

to reproduce make sure you have some editor windows open, restart FDT and close the editors immediately after restart.

I have always had this a lot since I started using FDT about a year ago, and still get it in FDT4 M4.

Tends to happen when closing open editor windows, especially when closing several at once using file->close all.

We keep on working hard to fix this issue but can't reproduce it.

If anyone of you guys have a Stack Trace from the Error Log View for us it would be awesome!
